Thank you for your patience with our website refresh.
They say Rome wasn't built in a day and we are certainly taking the same measured approach, especially during these turbulent times that saw our museum operations in Sarawak being severely disrupted by the pandemic. Thanks to a committed group of supporters and staff, we have been able to manage the impact of this disruption.
We have indeed been very busy behind the scenes. In early 2021, with tremendous support from our friends around the world, the Trust was able to acquire Rajah Sir James Brooke's Burrator House in Devon. Our hope is that this will be a place of retreat and of education about Sarawak's rich heritage. In such uncertain times, we remain purposeful about transforming a unique historical legacy into socially responsible outcomes for communities.
With the acquisition behind us, we are now busily re-prioritising and scheduling our activities for the coming year so please stay tuned for updates. Thank you once again for your continuing support.
